OPINION BY RHODES, P.J., March 20, 1957:

In this workmen's compensation case the claimant, Joseph Kracoski, was accidentally injured while in the employ of the defendant, Bernice White Ash Coal Co., Inc., on November 19, 1952. At that time claimant, while in the course of his employment, attempted to lift a rock under which a fellow employe was pinned. He felt a pain in his lower back and suffered a lumbo-sacral sprain or strain which resulted in a partial protrusion...
