It appears that the parties to this divorce suit entered into an agreement of property settlement, dated June 26, 1957. The agreement was incorporated in the decree of divorce which this Court entered on July 1, 1957. Briefly stated, the defendant was to receive from the plaintiff for the release to him of her interest in the property the sum of $45,000, of which $20,000 was to be payable in cash...
