SULLIVAN, Justice.

The petitioner-employee, Fred Leclerc, prosecutes exceptions to the pro forma decree of a Superior Court Justice sustaining the findings of the Industrial Accident Commission upon a petition to determine the extent of permanent impairment.

On November 3, A.D. 1955 the petitioner sustained a compensable injury to his left ankle. That same month a written memorandum of agreement was made by the petitioner
