The petition of Mrs. Jean Fuller, administratrix of Bryant Fuller, against J. D. Fuller, sought the cancellation of two deeds to secure debt, one executed in 1937, and the other in 1940, by Bryant Fuller to J. D. Fuller. This is the third appearance of the case in this court.
