No. 148.

97 S.E.2d 218 (1957)

245 N.C. 665

STATE v. Benjamin Edgar RENFROW.

Supreme Court of North Carolina.

March 20, 1957.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

A. M. Britt, Warsaw, for defendant-appellant.

George B. Patton, Atty. Gen., T. W. Bruton, Asst. Atty. Gen., for the State.

PER CURIAM.

The evidence was abundantly sufficient to go to the jury and to sustain the verdict and judgment. The exceptions to the admissibility of evidence are without merit. The charge was free from error. No reason appears why the judgment should be disturbed.
