L. 103, as amended, 53 PS § 65905, the supervisors of the Township of Lower Makefield, by unanimous action, have petitioned this court for leave to levy a tax for township purposes on real property and occupations at a rate two mills in excess of the nine mills limit prescribed by law where such leave is not obtained.
