On December 2, 1954, Raymond C. Brown was sentenced in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas to serve a term of 15 years imprisonment upon a conviction by a jury of the offenses of bank robbery and larceny from a bank, 18 U.S.C.A. § 2113(a) and § 2113(b). He is now serving that sentence in the United States Penitentiary at Leavenworth, Kansas, and brought this habeas corpus proceeding alleging that he is unlawfully...
