This is an appeal by the defendant from a decree of the circuit court, which granted to the plaintiffs a part of the relief which they sought, and a cross-appeal by the plaintiffs from the denial of the remainder. The decree established in behalf of the plaintiffs a resulting trust in a sum of money and in a farm which the complaint terms the Home Ranch. The complaint's prayer sought the establishment of a similar resulting trust in another...
