Plaintiff is guardian of Hazel Deering, the widow and sole beneficiary under the will of Dr. J. S. Deering, who died January 23, 1954. Plaintiff instituted suit in equity against defendants Edward L., Erma I. and Kenneth E. Gahm to quiet title in her ward, to a tract of riparian land in Monona County, along the east bank of the Missouri River. Defendants counterclaimed to have title thereto quieted in them...
