We are here concerned with appeals from two orders of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. The first grants additional authority to Central Storage and Transfer Company of Harrisburg (hereinafter called Central) in an application proceeding docketed at A. 82019, Folder 2, Amendment A.
