Plaintiffs brought suit in the circuit court of DuPage County against the defendant, city of Wheaton, alleging that the city's zoning ordinance, as applied to their property, is unreasonable and confiscatory. The trial court found for plaintiffs and entered a decree permanently enjoining the city from enforcing the ordinance against the plaintiffs...
