This is a proceeding to review the validity of an order of the Judicial Officer1 of the United States Department of Agriculture issued under the Packers and Stockyards Act, 1921 as amended 7 U.S.C.A. § 181 et seq. As petitioner was respondent in the administrative proceedings it may avoid confusion to refer to him in this opinion as the respondent, in spite of the fact that he is the Petitioner in the proceedings...
