Appeal by plaintiff from an adverse judgment entered on a jury verdict in an action for damages for personal injuries. The case arises out of an alleged collision between automobiles.
Originally the complaint named Ira I. Spektor and George Banker as defendants. Banker did not appear. When the action came on for trial plaintiff dismissed as to Banker.
