PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from the denial of a motion under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to vacate and set aside a sentence of imprisonment. Appellant was indicted for escape while serving a sentence in a former case. He pleaded guilty to the indictment and was given a sentence which he has served. He now asks that this sentence, which he had already served at the time of his motion, be set aside because the indictment to which he pleaded guilty described the imprisonment...
