This is an appeal by The Hawaiian Electric Company, Limited, from Decision and Order No. 840, in Docket No. 1230, of the Public Utilities Commission of the Territory of Hawaii, entered on May 25, 1955. The order governs the depreciation practice of the company for rate-making purpose after December 31, 1954.
