These are appeals on questions of law and fact submitted by stipulation upon an agreed statement of facts, the transcript of testimony, and attached exhibits. Three causes are appealed, but it is agreed that the essential facts and the questions involved are identical, and that the decision in the first case, involving defendants, Lawson A. Warner and Viola E. Warner, appellees herein, shall be determinative of all three.
