The defendant, Acy Lennon, appeals from a judgment of conviction on four counts of a six count indictment. He was charged with willfully attempting to evade income taxes by filing false returns for the calendar years 1949 to 1954 in violation of 26 U.S.C.A. § 145(b), Int.
