This action was brought to enjoin, set aside, and annul an order of the Interstate Commerce Commission holding (1) that certain demurrage and penalty charges assessed by the carrier against the complainant were applicable, (2) that complainant was not entitled to a reparation award, and (3) that the procedure followed by the Interstate Commerce Commission in adjudicating the claim was proper.
