(1) That the libelant claimed injuries were suffered on September 27, 1954, more than two years prior to the filing on November 29, 1956, of the libel, and to the issuance on November 29, 1956, of the monition herein which pleadings disclose the staleness of libelant's demand and his guilt of laches...
