"Dick" Wilson, Inc., a corporation, and six other plaintiffs are the holders of certificates of public convenience and necessity issued by the Nebraska State Railway Commission whereby they are authorized to transport as common carriers in intrastate commerce crude petroleum, its refined products, and its byproducts.
