This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court declaring defendant Estelle Cammack, an appellee herein, entitled to the proceeds of an account in the Citizens National Bank & Trust Company of Piqua, Ohio, as against the claim of plaintiff, appellant herein, that the same belongs to the estate of James Artis, deceased.
