This is an action brought by Bertha Eschenbrenner, the widow of Charles W. Eschenbrenner, deceased, a police officer of the city of Crawford, plaintiff, against the Employers Mutual Casualty Company, a corporation, and the City of Crawford, defendants, under the Nebraska workmen's compensation law.
