These proceedings were begun on September 27, 1956 by the filing of a verified petition by the original plaintiffs to foreclose a deed of trust from defendant dated June 30, 1955, in the amount of $25,000, in the note secured by which the Small Business Administration on the same date had acquired a ninety (90) per cent interest. The deed covered all machinery, equipment, furniture, fixtures and other chattels located in the building...
