This appeal presents a claim for property damage by Joseph E. Dupuy against Jasper A. Sandifer, Jr., and D. J. Cooper, arising out of an automobile collision which occurred about 12:45 o'clock P.M. on December 21, 1956, in Monroe, Louisiana. The City Court of Monroe rendered judgment in favor of Dupuy for the full amount of his claim against Cooper, but rejected the demand against Sandifer.
