This is an action in eminent domain in which Fallbrook Public Utility District, organized under the laws of the State of California for the purpose, among others, of procuring, storing and distributing water to the lands lying within the boundaries of said district in the county of San Diego for irrigation and domestic purposes, seeks to acquire lands for a dam and reservoir site on the Santa Margarita River in which to store water to be later supplied...
