Plaintiff and appellant brought this action against defendants and respondents to recover damages as a result of a collision between her car and defendants' freight train. The accident occurred about one-half hour after sunset on December 23, 1954. A single track of defendant company runs east and west, and about 45 feet north of the intersection of 28th Street and Harbor Drive, which drive also runs east and west.
