At the threshold of this case we are confronted with the State's contention that the Supreme Court has no jurisdiction to entertain the transfer of questions of law from a municipal court in criminal cases. The statute involved is RSA 502:24 which reads as follows: "TRANSFER TO SUPREME COURT.
