Stat. 1953, ch. 110, par. 181.1) against the Board of Education of the City of Chicago for a declaration that defendant was obligated, under its written contracts of June 24, 1953 with plaintiff, to pay for coal at the prices fixed therein, and that a subsequent amendment to the Sales Tax or Retailers...
