This is a disciplinary proceeding against Everett O. Richards. It was first presented to and considered by the Committee on Inquiry for the Thirteenth Judicial District, that being the judicial district wherein Everett O. Richards resides. Thereafter it was considered by the Advisory Committee for the Nebraska State Bar Association, the latter having filed the original complaint in this court.
