In these unemployment compensation claims, the Bureau of Employment Security issued decisions on June 19, 1956, wherein it disqualified the claimant brothers from receiving benefits under the provisions of Sec. 4L (4) (4), 43 PS § 821 (e), and Sec. 401, as defined in Sec. 4 (u) of the law.
