This is an appeal from the provisions of a divorce decree which placed the custody of three minor children with their father. From the distaff side of the controversy, the principal contentions are: (a) that the trial court made no specific finding as to the unfitness of the mother; (b) that the children are quite young; and (c) that the general principle, that children of tender years should be awarded to the mother, should be controlling.
