These suits grew out of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Kentucky on September 3, 1955 in which a Pontiac automobile, owned by Ralph Sigler, and a tractor-trailer unit, owned by the defendant, were involved. Ann Sigler, wife of Ralph Sigler, was a guest in her husband's automobile and sues for personal injuries allegedly sustained in the accident.
