Cooper Liles and Mary Ellen Cooper Watson, are sisters of the deceased soldier, Lee Francis Cooper, Jr. Peoples Bank & Trust Company was guardian of the minor plaintiffs, but both have now come of age and are before the Court in their individual capacities.
