Clarence Robert Hall was arrested on February 13, 1956, upon a warrant charging him with breaking and entering, in the nighttime of December 24, 1955, a certain storehouse known as the Owen-Weaver Sporting Goods Store, in the City of Roanoke, with intent to commit larceny, and stealing therefrom certain personal property consisting of guns and ammunition. At the April term of the Hustings Court of the above city, he was indicted for that offense...
