Milton P. Griffith, plaintiff in the trial court, obtained a verdict and judgment against James Mouser for $17,000 in an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when struck by a taxicab owned by Mouser and operated by an employee, Junius R. Britt. Defendant appeals.
