This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Lima Municipal Court granting to the plaintiff a writ of restitution in an action in forcible entry and detainer. Plaintiff-appellee, hereinafter referred to as lessor, and defendant-appellant, hereinafter referred to as lessee, are both Ohio corporations with places of business in Lima, Ohio.
