Worthy and wife, purchasers under an assigned executory contract for the sale of real estate in Kennewick, appeal from a judgment against them for the fraudulent sale of that property to respondent, Elizabeth Scroggin. The judgment was also against their real-estate brokers, Corkery and Jones, and their salesman, Muehle, who did not appeal. Corkery and Jones appeal separately.

The property consists of a restaurant, trailer park, and service station...
