This is a complaint by seven plaintiffs, John Blough, LeRoy Dearth, George Gould, J. Duncan Graham, Arnold Gustafson, J. Maurice McGill, and William Rafferty, in seven counts — one for each plaintiff — against the named defendants as the Board of Trustees of the Police Pension Board of Rockford.
