Plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph B. Brignac, have appealed from a judgment dismissing, on exception of no cause of action, their suit as against Kossuth Fontenot one of the defendants and, on exception of no right of action and a plea of prescription of one year, the suit as against Walter Johnson, the other defendant.
