This is one of two suits arising out of a contract to buy and sell real estate. The suits were instituted in separate parishes and separate judicial districts, but have been consolidated for purposes of appeal. The instant suit was filed in the Eighteenth Judicial District Court, Parish of Pointe Coupee, the domicile of the defendants, for the recision of the contract.
