This is an appeal from a judgment under the declaratory judgment act in favor of plaintiffs-appellees and against defendants-appellants, declaring a lease executed by appellees as lessor to appellants as lessee, on October 15, 1952, for a period of five years, to be a valid, subsisting and enforceable lease agreement, and fixing defendants' attorney's fees under the provisions of the lease in the sum of $250.
