The defendant, David Delos Santos, appellee, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of one Faith Iokepa, a female minor over the age of twelve and under the age of eighteen years, in that he did have unlawful sexual intercourse with said Faith Iokepa, she being over the age of twelve and under the age of eighteen and not being his wife, and thereby did commit the offense of contributing...
