This is an action in two causes of action for damages for personal injuries and for medical and hospital expenses instituted by Dwayne D. Anderson, a minor, by Alva H. Anderson, his father and next friend, plaintiff and appellee, against Lloyd L. Evans and Edrie Evans, defendants and appellants. The defendants are husband and wife but their liabilities, if any, in this action are not dependent upon the marriage relation but upon an alleged contract...
