We will herein refer to the parties by name.

One Mattie Davis died February 12, 1952, at the age of seventy-seven years, and R. J. Arnold was appointed, and qualified, as executor of her estate. Fred F. Abernethy filed ten separate claims against the estate. The claims were resisted by Arnold and after trial in the county court there was an appeal to the district court where by verdict of a jury six claims were denied and four claims...
