JUDGE SCHWARTZ delivered the opinion of the court.

Plaintiff obtained a judgment by confession on a promissory note payable to her and executed by Wilson Trueblood, her husband, and Charles A. Bunnell, as comakers. A motion to vacate was sustained, the judgment was opened and a jury was impanelled to hear the issues.
