The plaintiff, Castillow Singleton, a "freight handler", instituted this suit against the defendants, his employer, W. L. Richardson & Son, Inc., and its insurer, Travelers Insurance Company, endeavoring to recover workmen's compensation in the amount of $30 per week for four hundred weeks and medical expenses.
