1.(a) The first question to be decided on the question of jurisdiction of Swift & Company is whether a nonresident is required to have an agent in the county and an office or place of business. Our conclusion is that having an agent within a county of such a kind as could be served is alone sufficient to give jurisdiction of the nonresident corporation if service upon the agent is had.
