Touro Synagogue instituted this suit against Goodwill Industries of New Orleans Area, Inc., for specific performance of an agreement to buy a certain piece of real estate in the City of New Orleans. On April 9, 1956, Touro Synagogue agreed to sell, and Goodwill Industries agreed to buy, an abandoned cemetery at the corner of Jackson Avenue and South Saratoga Street in this city for $50,000.
