We have before us, on Writ of Error, two causes from the Circuit Court of Shelby County, viz., that of Mary Cowan Zanola v. Marie Hall and William Davis, and that of Angelo L. Zanola v. the same defendants. These causes were tried together in the lower court and are before us on one bill of exceptions.
