PREWITT, Justice.

The defendant was indicted and convicted of armed robbery and his punishment fixed at life imprisonment, and this appeal in error resulted.

The proof shows that defendant held up a grocery in East Nashville, and according to the proprietor obtained about $130 from him. He is positively identified by both the proprietor and his daughter, who was present. The sawed-off shotgun was found in the possession of the defendant two days later and...
